4 BMI BMI = Body Mass Index The measure of body weight based on a person's weight and height. It does NOT actually measure the percentage of body fat, but IS used to estimate a healthy body weight.

5 What is Your Current BMI? Go On Line and Find Out

6 How much exercise do you get each day? Keep a journal for 5 days starting yesterday… –Walking –Moderate Exercise Time ie: Bicycle Riding –Intense Exercise Time

7 What do you eat? Keep a journal for 5 days starting yesterday… Record… –What you eat –Where you ate it –Where you got it. (From home or restaurant or vending machine etc.) –When you eat it. (Time of day)
