3.  Used to create forms  Processes data contained in forms uploaded.  Inserts into database.  Presents form fields for data entry.  Completed form is submitted to OXD server.  View data for all forms responded to.  Export to CSV format. OpenXData Server EMIT uploads

4.  Optimise user database for insertion of survey data.  Visualise data generated from various surveys.  Be able to upload rich content (picture and video) into the database.  Check network availability for sending different types of content.

5.  Tested video, picture and image upload each as a unit.  Certain file types cause problems with Adobe flash player.  Different file sizes were tested.

6.  Video/audio/picture upload using Demo form and sample questions.
