4 Academic Advisor My name is Rasha Bedda I am passionate about education and looking forward to partner up with you to provide the students with engaging and high quality education. I have obtained my Master in Education through New Jersey Collage and my certificate of inclusion from London University. Before joining Millennium I served in a variety of teaching and educational leadership roles over the past 10 last but not least the owner of a learning center.

5 Academic Advisor I believe that great schools are a result of great teachers, accordingly I have designed a comprehensive training program that was provided for teachers early in the year. During the academic year I will be providing teachers with feedback on their instruction, access to professional development and reaching out for parents support with academic and behavioral concern to make sure students are prepared for the future. 9 Gradual Entry The reasons for a gradual entry Expanding number of students: thanks to all of our previous years parents and teachers, the school students have increased around 45% then last year. Construction This is part of the school plan for the transition to kindergarten and acknowledges the need for a gradual entry process into Kindergarten. As for elementary this is also part of transition from summer to school routine. This important transition phase is aimed to set up students for success for the rest of their school years.

10 Important Information First Day for KG 1,KG 2 & Prim 1 is October 3 rd.A party will be held on this day. ( Information will be out by the end of September ) During the party KG 2 graduation party will be on the same day. Fees for the students graduation is 150 L.E First Day for Prim 2,3,4 & 5 is on October 4 th. First Day for Prim 6 till 10 is on October 5 th and will start with an assembly in the morning. October 6 th is a day off due to national holiday.

11 Important Information First week of school from October 4 th till October 8 th the school will start @ 7:30am and finish at 1:50 pm. Starting October 11 th school will be back to regular hours. School starts at 7:30am and end at 2:20pm First school trip is on October 15 th

12 Educational Trips The aim is to provide a learning opportunity. It more than taking them out of school campus. Trips should have a major educational element. The importance of Educational trips Building bonds with classmates and new teachers. It’s an opportunity for learning out door. School trips changes attitude and raise aspirations, through participation in new activities. Increase students learning.

13 Transportation / Security Please be aware that due to the growing number of students you will experience a security check to make sure each child is going out with his parent / guardian. Please be aware that you might also experience a delay in the time of pick up and drop off for the first two weeks of school.

14 School Cafeteria This year the school has a fully equipped cafeteria to cater for students. Ensuring that meals are healthy and well-balanced and provide the students with all the nutrition's they need to succeed in school. Water dispensers will be available for students to use during the year a 100 L.E will be charged every term. This will be mandatory for all KG.

15 Homework Homework is posted each and every morning. Students are responsible for copying assignments into their planners. Students have been instructed to make sure they have everything before they leave. Homework is due the next day unless otherwise directed. Please refer to the manual.
