What We Found Assumptions Growth will follow predictions (within reason) New school will open in a phased fashion (500 students initially, up to 800) Try to keep students on one side of Highway 21 if possible

What We Found… 2.Population is unlike most communities Number of families grew over 25% since 2006 (nat’l avg was 5.5%) Population aged 20-45 is ~38% (nat’l avg. is ~33%) Avg. household income of $118,000 (5 th highest in Alberta) = high current and projected birth rate
