1. PREPARATIONS TOOLS ： 1 、 wire stripper 2 、 coating stripper 3 、 fiber length measurement 4 、 cutter QUICK ASSEMBLY CONNECTOR 1

2. OPERATION First step ： put on boot Put on boot 2

3. Second step ： wire stripper OPERATION Fix the cable to this length and strip the jacket 3

4. Third step ： coating stripper OPERATION Strip length of coating 20mm 4

5. OPERATION Fourth step ： use alcohol to clear fiber 5

6. Fifth step ： fix the bare fiber and use cutting knife to cut the bare fiber( take care if the fiber end can be cut smoothly) OPERATION Fiber length measurement ： 10mm 6

7. Sixth Step ： insert the fiber to the top of pre-embedded fiber and connect well OPERATION When the fiber reach the top, it comes bending 7

8. Seventh step ： Press the middle button (locked V-groove) to fixed the bare fiber. OPERATION Hold the cable tightly 8

9. Eighth step ： fix the cable and screw on tightly Screw tightly for the boot OPERATION 9

10. Ninth step ： move both side slightly when putting on the housing, in order to put on easily OPERATION 10

11. Tenth step ： use the light pen to detect the fiber if connected well OPERATION 11

12. If reuse it ， use clamps to open the locked button Re-use OPERATION 12

13. Screw out the boot ， put out the fiber. If the test data not good, pls repeat above steps to connect fiber again. OPERATION 13
