2 Columbus, OH, 43210 (614) 292-6446 March 18, 2015 - More than 600 Ohio State students will present their work at this year’s Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. From discovering new medical technologies to exploring the health of military families, their research seeks to answer questions and solve problems. Location

3 Majors Agriculture, Exploring First woman to win Wolf Prize in Agriculture Professor Linda Saif is the first woman and Ohio State’s first scientist to receive the prestigious Wolf Prize, joining the likes of Stephen Hawking and Peter Higgs. Saif’s virus- fighting work in humans and food-producing animals has saved lives and led to new ways to design vaccines.

4 Specific major and classes Social work is a profession for those with a passion to help others. Social work practice consists of the professional application of social work values, principles and techniques to one or more of the following ends: helping people obtain tangible services; providing counseling and psychotherapy with individuals, families and groups; helping communities or groups provide or improve social and health services; and participating in relevant legislative processes.

5 Dorms Campus housing is home to first-year and upperclass students. All unmarried, full-time students within a year of high school graduation must live on campus, unless exempted, space is no longer available, or they are living with family.
