THE LAW OF CONSERVATION OF MASS By Vinay Freibott and Julian Meraz
2
What is the law of conservation of mass? The law of conservation of mass states that matter can be changed from one form into another mixtures can be separated or made, and pure substances can be decomposed. However, the total amount of mass remains constant.
3
No matter is missing Everything is equal after and before the experiment
4
Make sure that products and reactants are equal Elements will have the same superscripts and subscripts
5
Another example
6
Matter can not be destroyed nor created Matter changes form, but does not loose mass This is displayed in balancing equations
