Robert Plymale (BRC member)  Focuses on the role of education in economic and workforce development  Requires the State Board of Education, the Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC) and the Council for Community and Technical College Education (CCTCE) to each develop a master plan to be approved by a legislative committee.
