5 Quality Project Management Project manager: in-country location. Disbursement: keep the categories simple. Procurement: Don’t let it drive the project. Get the best advice possible. Bank improvements: Standard contracts are not suitable.

6 Political support without interference Politics: Consider using political support Culture: build on local customs and culture. Bi-partisan: build support from all parties. Representation: Ensure geographic and ethnic representation of the project and the agency.

Distance learning: As a means of exchanging information. Bank capacity; we do not have all the answers, bring in external skills. Facilitate: bring in private sector.
