I n t e g r i t y - S e r v i c e - E x c e l l e n c e 6 HELPFUL HINTS for 4060s No Laundry-List Use all 50 lines FULLY JUSTIFY your scores… Verbiage has to match the numerical scores Review your 1-2-3 scores List of “good questions” Last number is not an average ALO scores might not get them in…but it can keep them out Need at least 3 contacts (phone contact – OK) Quotes are excellent… DONT embarrass the ALO force
