10.  Indicators are based on data already being collected by COS, Ministries and the UN agencies.  The UNDAF monitoring will be linked with the NDP monitoring to the degree possible for greater national ownership and to reduce transaction cost.  The UNDAF will undergo evaluation in line with the UN Evaluation Group norms and standards.
