(i.e. assistant principal, dean, etc….) Referral Name – Person submitting the referral Notify- will place a notice in the selected users Process Inbox.

Referral Processing Deleting the referral from Process Inbox does not remove the event – it is still recorded on the student’s Behavior Tab and will need to be fully processed with resolution, etc. Referrals are automatically added as events to students’ behavior tab with no resolution and Role automatically defined as Offender.

10. Copyright © 2006, Infinite Campus, Inc. All rights reserved. Behavior Letter Wizards This wizard will walk you through the creation of a behavior query and a letter format. You can print an existing letter for a given effective date or for a date range. If an effective date is used, a letter will be generated for each student that meets any of the trigger criteria with a behavior event on the effective date. If a date range is used, a letter will be triggered for each student that meets or exceeds any of the trigger criteria with a behavior event within the date range.

Behavior Letter Wizard – New Letter Enter Name for letter Choose Event(s) Choose Resolution(s) – blank will count events with ANY or NO resolution Specify Count(s) needed to trigger letter Check boxes as appropriate to turn on options to display on the behavior summary on the letter. Save to User or Group Account Click Letter Format to move to next step

Leave some space at top to separate body from address Insert Data Elements and Sub Reports as needed. Sub Reports will only display the Events and criteria specified if “triggering event only” was selected on previous screen Organize to User Account if not sharing, to appropriate Group if letter is to be shared.
