2 Location  Valjevo the center of the Kolubara District, is situated in Western Serbia at 44 ° and 16 'minutes north latitude and 19 ° and 53' minutes east longitude  100km southwest from Belgrade  Surrounded by Medvednik, Povlen, Maljen, Jablanik, Suvobor mountains  It occupies an area of 2256 hectares, the average altitude of 185 meters  Valjevo City has about 64,000, and the the whole territory with villages about 98,000 inhabitants. 
