Moving the Camera The directional arrows will allow you to move the camera. The “Zoom” button allows you to zoom in & out on people or objects. The “move PIP” button will move your PIP around the screen, then off.

Audio functions Volume adjustment :Press the “VOLUME + and - ”keys to adjust volume level (and on screen indicator will show the current level) Mic On/Off : To turn your microphone on/off during a call press the “mic off”key.An on screen indicator will appear on both sides when the microphone is off

Placing Video Calls The bottom portion of the remote is the dialing pad. - Dial the desired number, press “connect”.

Snapshot, Self-view, Move PIP Snapshot: --Sends Both Locations a Still Image Of the Chosen Video Source Self View: --Single Monitor: Toggles Between Self View, remote View & Still Image. --Dual Monitor: Toggles Between Self View & Still Image. Move Pip (picture-in-picture): --Toggle a Self View Picture to All Four Corners of the Primary Monitor and Then Turns It off.

Storing Presets To set a preset : - choose the desired camera position - Press hold the “number button (0-9)” till the message display on the screen

Accessing Presets In an ongoing call just press the desired preset no. (0-9)

Sleep & Do Not Disturb Sleep is used while off a call to black out the monitors(energy conservation mode) Delay sleep mode is used when you want to show a presentation on your equipment while not a call Do not disturb is used when you are not using a video & do not want any in coming calls & can be used to show presentations while not being interrupted

Making Multisite Calls Using the Directory - Press “Directory” - Highlight name of the person you want to call - Press “Connect” Manually - Type the desired no. then press “Connect” - Press the “Call” Button - Select “Add Site” using the navigation key - Dial the number - Press “Connect”

Multisite Functions Continuous Presence : - All locations are able to be viewed at once Voice Switch : - The location which is speaking is the only location viewed by all participants Request/Release Floor : - Any participation is able to be viewed by all locations in full screen & release the floor when finished. - Can be used by Continuous Presence or Voice Switch Assign/Release Floor to Site Number : - Host to call is able to force another location to request/release the floor

Adding a Telephone Call Using the directory -Press “Directory” -Highlight name of person to call -Then place a telephone call. Manually -Press “Connect” -Select “Add another call” -Dial number -Highlight “Call Now” -Press “OK” or Press “Connect”

Adding Duo Video Presentation Setting -“Duo Video Mode” (H.239) in Presentations menu should be “Auto” - Select Presentation source (PC) For Activating Presentation - Just press “Presentation” button to activate the PC presentation - The presentation source can be changed. Use “self view” button to toggle between the presentation and the local view on the single monitor.

PC Presenter Easy PC connection Transmit/ Shares the desktop to the other end Direct PC connectivity with the VC equipment - Plug-in (DVI input) on the back panel of the equipment. To activate the presentation just press “Presentation” button
