15. Adding a Telephone Call Using the directory -Press “Directory” -Highlight name of person to call -Then place a telephone call. Manually -Press “Connect” -Select “Add another call” -Dial number -Highlight “Call Now” -Press “OK” or Press “Connect”

Adding Duo Video Presentation Setting -“Duo Video Mode” (H.239) in Presentations menu should be “Auto” - Select Presentation source (PC) For Activating Presentation - Just press “Presentation” button to activate the PC presentation - The presentation source can be changed. Use “self view” button to toggle between the presentation and the local view on the single monitor.
