6. Trying Other Resources In your groups… Try out some of these other resources. Which can you use reliably for school projects?

7. Web 2.0 Applications In your groups… Take the assigned Web 2.0 application. Set up an account if needed. Explore the site and its features. Prepare a presentation on your site for the class.

Web 2.0 Applications Your presentation should cover: If your website is a social bookmarking website (numbers 1-4): “What are the differences between rankings based search engines (e.g. Google) and social bookmarking search engines?” If you website is a word cloud web site (numbers 5-6): “Why would you want to create word clouds?” If your web site is a list creation web site (numbers 7-8): “What are the advantages of using a list creation site? What are the disadvantages?”
