Internal relationship enhances respect and cooperation between all the department in the organization. The relationship can be established in the following ways:- Incentives Special events. Patients welfare is important as the doctor or nurse should keep careful when handling the patient. They should also be secretive of information regarding the patients. Therapies the different techniques should be used to help patients recover from stress and trauma. Sexual harassment committee in healthcare should be strict about these to protect the patients. There is an increased demand in the healthcare facility demand and facility use in the resent past, forcing the healthcare providers with a challenge to improve and develop more facilities and healthcare personnel. there is technological advancement these days and its costly to adopt them, they are also very effective in the provision of healthcare facilitation, this has left the healthcare providers with the challenge to provide services to the best of their abilities. Patients come to healthcare facilities to get healthcare satisfaction, this has posed a challenge to the healthcare providers to improve their services and also use this as a challenge to market themselves to the public.

The evaluation process must be thought though from the start. Adequate findings must be set aside for evaluation. Measuring indicators of progress, including progress towards target. Assessing whether the changes were a result of the intervention. Assessing how well various aspects of the strategy were perceived to work from the point of view of professionals from all sectors and by communities.
