5 QNP1: Business to Business E-Commerce (B2B EC) Project Aim: to develop a B2B EC software application for the selling of orthopedics and paramedical equipment Project Objectives:  Investigate the architecture of the existing e-business models (B2B EC) and synthesise an e-business model appropriate for this project;  Analyse the requirements and define the specification of the proposed B2B EC software application;  Design, implement and test the proposed B2B EC software application;  Evaluate the developed application according to the requirements; find out advantages, disadvantages, suggest further development opportunities.

6 QNP2: Business to Consumer E-Commerce (B2C EC) Project Aim: to develop a Business to Consumer E- Commerce (B2C EC) software application for selling natural skincare products. Project Objectives:  Investigate the architecture of the existing e-business models (B2C EC) and synthesise an e-business model appropriate for this project;  Analyse the requirements and define the specification of the proposed B2C EC software application;  Design, implement and test the proposed B2C EC software application;  Evaluate the developed application according to the requirements; find out advantages, disadvantages, suggest further development opportunities.

7 QNP3: Construction of an E-Business using BMAF Pre-requisites: a) propose a new e-business idea OR b) find a real small-medium size company that you are familiar with Project Aim: use the Business Model Architecture Framework (BMAF) (Paltalidis, N. 2014) for construction of an e-business for Business to Consumer E-commerce (B2C EC).
