Definitions: Outcomes- desired results; describe a specific behaviors that a student of your program should demonstrate after completing the program (intended abilities, knowledge, values, attitudes) how you will assess and when you will assess Methods- tools or instruments use to gauge progress toward achieving outcomes Measure- intended performance target
