What is it? A white free-flowing powder derived from limestone and diatomaceous earth. Calcium silicate has no known adverse effects to health Insulation board or pipe covering Able to withstand temperatures up to 1200 Degrees Fahrenheit Has a Low water absorption

Applications It is used in roads, insulation and roof tiles

Why Calcium Silicate? Calcium silicate is generally more appropriate for temperatures above 225 Degrees C; while fiberglass is generally used at temperatures below 225 Degrees C
