5 PRIORITIES – LABOUR MARKET  Access to employment and mobility of the work force;  Youth employment;  Self-employment and entrepreneurship promotion;  Life long learning and qualification of the work force;  Adapting enterprises and employees to change;  Modernization of institutions, policies and services on the labour market, incl. in cooperation with social partners

6 PRIORITIES – SOCIAL INCLUSION  Integration of marginalized communities, incl. Roma, migrants, etc.;  Active inclusion of those most distant form the labour market, support for families with children and people with disabilities;  Improved access to sustainable services on accessible price, incl. integrated health and social services;  De-institutionalization of children and adults; services for early childhood development;  Social economy promotion and support for social entreprises.

7 7 FIRST OPERATIONS LAUNCHED AND FORTHCOMMING OPERATIONS

8 8 OPERATION “YOUTH EMPLOYMENT” (1) Objective - Facilitating the transition from education to employment by providing opportunities for traineeships or on-the-job trainings (apprenticeships) Target group - unemployed young people up to 29 years incl., which are registered in Labor Offices which do not participate in any form of employment, education or training.

9 9 OPERATION “YOUTH EMPLOYMENT” (2) Direct beneficiary - Employment Agency; Employers apply for recruitment of young people in the Labour Offices. Budget - EUR 17, 9 mln. Output indicators - at least 8000 unemployed people under 29 involved in activities Progress made: - more than 7 500 requests from employers for near 25 000 vacancies; - more than 3 400 young people started apprenticeships or on-the-job training.

10 10 OPERATION “ACTIVE YOUTH” Objective - identification and motivation of inactive young people for active behavior on the labor market, with follow-up activities for inclusion in employment, training or education Target group - young people under 30 years of age, neither in education or training, nor in employment, who are not registered as unemployed in the Labour Offices. Beneficiaries – employers, NGOs, etc. Budget – EUR 13,3 mln.

11 11 OPERATION “TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT” Objective – Integration in employment of unemployed people aged above 29 through training and employment subsidies. Target group – unemployed people aged above 30, which are registered in Labor Offices who do not participate in any form of employment, education or training. Direct beneficiary – the Employment Agency; Employers apply for hiring of young people at the Labour Offices. Budget – EUR 41,5 mln.

12 12 OPERATION “TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE” Objective – Integration in employment of unemployed youth aged below 30 through training and employment subsidies. Target group – unemployed young people aged below 30, which are registered in Labor Offices who do not participate in any form of employment, education or training. Direct beneficiary – the Employment Agency; Employers apply for hiring of young people at the Labour Offices. Budget – EUR 58,8 mln.

13 13 OPERATION “NEW JOB ” Objective – creation of new sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive persons and complementary appropriate training support measures, incl. on-the-job training, and incentives for employers. Target group – unemployed and inactive persons, (young unemployed people aged below 30 are among the priorities) Direct beneficiary - employers Budget – EUR 51, 3 mln.

14 14 OPERATION “TRAINING FOR EMPLOYED” Objective - Training will be supported for employed people, working in micro, small, medium-sized and big entreprises. As a result they will gain improved and more adequate skills reflecting their individual needs and the requirements of the business. Labour productivity will be improved as a result and conditions for sustaining employment of the trained will be created Target group – employed persons Direct beneficiary - employers Budget – EUR 25, 6 mln.

15 15 OPERATION “IMPROVED AND SAFE WORK CONDITIONS” Objective – Creation of safer working conditions in the enterprises and improvement of the work environment. Improved organization of labour processes and HR systems, needed for productivity increase; enhanced geographical mobility of the work force; Target group – employed persons Direct beneficiary – micro, small, medium-sized and big entreprises (employers) (for big companies – co-financing of 20 % of the grant is obligatory) Budget – EUR 42, 1 mln.
