MARKET SIZE 6 lakh enrolled students in about 150 colleges in Delhi NCR. 3 lakh needs to live in PGs/flats etc on a shared basis. 3 lakh+ students use different lifestyle services surrounding colleges. Around 2500+ PG owners with about 50k beds in Delhi NCR. Around a million people search for PGs including students in Delhi NCR. PG renting market is growing at constant rates with increase of educational institutions.

REVENUE MODEL PG owners charged 30% for each bed booked through EazyPG. Students paying for the premium package and pro- contact package. Listing or traction based commission from all lifestyle service providers in Camp Surround.

Providing Access to lifestyle needs at one place. Operating internally within the college and through a student body in each college. Easy and free user acquisition through CampMitra. Different markets: Indirect competitors like other real estate portals are not being used by students. No logistic or customer care units to be handled for Camp Surround and Lifestyle Services as they are delivered by local merchants and players. College info providing websites are dealing before-admission issues.

GO TO MARKET STRATEGIES Launched a MVP and collected user responses. Perfecting the product in the current market and finding a team. Expanding through forming a team in each location. Main way of acquiring new users is through CampMitra services which is free and offering consulting services to students.

TRACTION Lunched website with Camp Mitra profile on DTU and 25 PGs with just an initial investment of Rs 15k. (15 July'15) Answered more than 10000 queries from parents and students through CampMitra by various channels and helped 1000 students in getting admission. Booked around 200 beds in a market of 350 vacant beds. Matched 100+ compatible room-mates based on social and academic interests. Generated a profit of Rs. 80k + in an active span of just one month. Increased online shares in booking of PG beds from 4% to 70%.

FINANCIAL NEEDS As we want to perfect and fine tune the product then scale up to 100 colleges and 1500 PGs by March end 2016, we needs funds for 3 lakh for PG Inventory. 1.5 lakh for college profiling. 1.5 lakh for Tech (Web and App). 3 lakh for marketing and publicity. 1 lakh for emergencies and other needs. Our business model is self-sustaining and hence we will start generating revenue just after being operational as we can see it in EazyPG DTU.
