AOC requires 100% of funds to be available for any project. Capital campaign exception Unfortunately, getting a loan whose payments are less than energy $ savings is not allowed. Exception: Getting a lease instead of a loan Other Creative methods (i.e. PACE, Duke program) on a case by case basis Please contact our office to help set up contract for energy efficiency projects
