Variable: anything that varies (changes) in an experiment. Vocabulary:

Manipulated Variable: the variable that is deliberately changed to see what effect it has… on the responding variable. Vocabulary:

Responding Variable: the variable that is measured to see if it is responding to the manipulated variable. Vocabulary:

Controlled Variable: the variable that is kept unchanged so that it will not interfere with the results. Vocabulary:
