L1,L2 Support and Enhancements Description of the Project  Phoenix is the ERP system used by all group companies in Spain WK. This is a structured information management system, designed to meet the business management solutions for both local businesses and companies Software Publishing environment. Challenges  The application is in Spanish language, Ticket tools are not Flexible, also we are getting tickets related to Pro Cobol and J developer which will be supported in future Achievements  Tickets are closed On time and AD work On time. Created separate ticketing tool to capture ticket details. Developed macros to generate the weekly report for Phoenix and other applications.

11 11 BMO (Bank of Montreal), Canada Business Objective Project Model Onsite/offshore Technologies used Oracle, Forms 11g, Weblogic 10.3.4, PL/SQL, JDK 1.6.0.29  To make the PPD application available through web (intranet). Forms Migration (PPD) Description of the Project  This project is about migrating the application from the existing client server environment of Forms 6i/Oracle 8i to a web based environment of Forms 11g/Oracle 11g. The application is a Multilanguage (English and French). The services that come under the scope of the project include AS-IS analysis, migration requirement analysis, application installation, application configuration, application migration, application testing, user acceptance testing, training and Go- Live support. Challenges Achievements  Able to complete the migration with major challenges. Able to support the client during each phases of development which resulted in the signoffs during SIT, UAT. Resources getting exposure to a migration to 11g Forms environment involving 3 tier architecture. Best Practices if any  Informative message provided to users which will prompt the user to install the proper JRE version if they do not have one in their machines. Password Complexity ensured for the application which will ensure that the user passwords are created with proper rules and security.  Setting up of the environment during Unit Testing. Little or no cooperation from the PPD/Corporate Security Team in understanding about the application Resources do not have experience in technologies like Fusion Middleware Middleware (11g), Weblogic Server 10.3.4 (Including the Weblogic Server Administration).The Oracle Forms Software bugs and limitations. The limitations of the CITRIX environment.

12 12 Timex Business Objective Project Model Offshore Technologies used Plsql Cartridge, Oracle Forms  Modifications to the existing application's data and handling the impacts. Enhancement Project Description of the Project  The PCS application is web based application and developed in PL/SQL cartridge. We will have to modify the existing application code so that application could handle increased FWP length and also changing the box code/style id position in increased FWP length Challenges  Impact analysis should be exact to avoid any issues to the existing application.( In progress)
