Purpose To describe telehealth briefly, especially the potential benefits To ensure there is full support for the use of telehealth in E Surrey 2

Current situation £3.9m budget set aside for telehealth, expires 31/03/13 Developed procurement strategy, incl detailed requirements; start early July Stakeholder/comms plan being finalised Developing telehealth business cases Care pathway meetings where requested Integrate with risk stratification 3
