1. Literature We read all sorts of books in our Lit classes. This year I have read Catcher in the Rye, Great Gatsby, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, The Road, Earnest Hemingway Short Stories, “Song of Myself”, and Grapes of Wrath.

2. Math My math class is called Analysis II, and it is basically a pre-calculus class. Next year I will be taking Calculus AB. Other students can take Algebra II or Analysis I (which has geometry and functions).

3. In this class, everyone works on their own individual projects. While we are doing this project with you, one group is doing a Teddy Bear Project with India, and others prepare for a visit from a school in Hong Kong. Cultural Connections

4. After School Activities After school, some of my classmates have other club meetings, and some go right home. I am on the school’s varsity tennis (top picture) and varsity softball (bottom picture) teams. We either have practice or games every day after school.
