Validity, Acceptance An EC Certificate (or ISV), issued by a Notified Body is valid in all Member States of the EU [quote] Compliance with EN 50463 may be Cross-Accepted in different Member States, especially along corridors in Trans European Network. Retrofitting of Energy Measuring Function on existing trains requires NoBo assessment and, depending on Member State’s National Safety Authority’s opinion, renewal of Authorisation to Place in Service Reverification: through track access contract between IM and RU? TSI ENE: If an electric energy consumption measuring equipment is installed, it shall be compatible with CR LOC&PAS TSI clause 4.2.8.2.8. This equipment can be used for billing purposes and the data provided by it shall be accepted for billing in all Member States.
