2 oz. Pureed Chicken Breast

12 oz. Chicken Breast = 6 – 2 oz servings

Drain Chicken Breast and set aside any liquids

Blend Chicken Breast and gradually add HOT liquid back into blender – blend to a “cake- like” consistency

Add 1 Tbsp Shape and Serve for each 2 oz serving

Spray molds ( or pans) with spray release Fill molds with blended chicken

Cover with plastic wrap Cover with foil

Place in steamer Cover and cook for recommended time – 20-25 minutes

Let stand 3-5 minutes before removing from molds/pan

Place in steam pan – may add gravy to keep moist - Place on plate– add gravy to garnish and add moisture
