Chaperones need to be at the school by 4:30. **Students that are not leaving at 2:45 – will report to Mrs. Beckerman (room 8B4). There will be a place for their luggage in the morning– remember that they will need a dinner for Wednesday night. Students will go to a designated room where they will sign in with their chaperone. It will be clearly labeled where to report. Parents will give all medications/directions to the chaperone. Make sure you update the medical information if it has changed. Inhalers and Epi-Pens stay with the student. Parents should leave after they have checked in with the Chaperone. This makes the departure smoother.
