Governance Team Establish weekly meetings with board president Establish monthly meetings with board members Identify the school system’s strategic priorities Align strategic priorities with the 2012 budget Develop and implement system- wide policies to enable strategic priorities to be achieved World-class Excellence for Student Learning

Organizational Capacity Evaluate and revise the current district-level leadership structure Evaluate the effectiveness of school leadership structures Revise our website and school websites to better communicate with our community World-class Excellence for Student Learning

Student Achievement Review current performance data Identify strategic data points to monitor Explore root causes to student performance Identify professional development needs of teachers Support principals in their efforts to support teacher development World-class Excellence for Student Learning
