3 3 Review of Purpose and Scope Assist VDOT in identifying and prioritizing performance risks among county corridors Devise a repeatable process relying on –Existing data, available statewide –Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Test the process in Fauquier County with the intention of applying it in counties statewide Suggest context sensitive risk management strategies related to –Access management –Early acquisition –Road network design
