English follows the Modern Language Association (MLA) 7 th Edition format for documentation. The final page of any sourced paper in the MLA style is called a Works Cited The Works Cited page appears on a separate piece of paper at the very end of your report or essay. Page numbering is consistent with the rest of the paper.

The title (Works Cited) is centred, but is otherwise consistent with regular text (no bold, underline, or italics; remain 12 pt. font) Entries appear in alphabetical order based on the first piece of information included in the citation. Double space consistently throughout (do not add an extra double space between entries). The first line of each entry is flush to the left margin. Subsequent lines in an entry are indented. Think of a reverse paragraph.
