Data What is Data? Raw Facts, Quantitative or Qualitative, obtained by observing a population, product, process, or service. Before making measurements, data should be obtained Two Types of Data: ○ Continuous Dimensions, Time, Currency ○ Discrete Yes/No, True/False, Satisfaction
