11. What do they mean as computer terms? A program is something that we use to control or operate a computer. Windows is a kind of computer program developed by Microsoft. A keyboard is a set of keys on a computer that help you operate the computer or key in words.

12. Memory is a space in the hard drive of a computer that helps you store the information. A mouse is something that you control with your hand to move the cursor on the computer screen.

14. Normally I use it for checking e-mails, reading the most up-to-date news or talking with my friends. Recently, I registered in an online music course (KuGoo), which allows me to study music and listen to music on line for free. I bought things online once or twice, but I rarely do it now because I am very concerned about my privacy and the safety of the activities.
