7 Creating and editing a report Report fields Name Title – on all pages Description – for TOC Setup tabs Fields that display in the report Date/time for selecting events People filter Location filter Event filter Sort order Runtime prompt page Output page By default: Not selected = everything Output as grid Order chronologically

8 Date and time selection can be relative or absolute Relative date and time Many options Useful for “canned” reports Absolute date and time Useful for investigating incidents Pick from calendar Blended relative and absolute Mix and match as needed

9 People filter Used to refine people selection Many relational choices No quote marks needed

10 Location filter Several ways to filter by location Select ONLY ONE for a report
