Introduction Higher Urban Reduction of Customers [A] Shopping Centres like Silverburn offer free parking away from congested CBD which takes customers away from the CBD and the shops lose business [1]. They also provide a clean, pleasant and sheltered shopping environment and are accessible to a large % of the population [1]. [B] Some shops in the CBD may be forced to close, especially on the edge of the main shopping area, as there are fewer people in these areas making money [2].
