2 Organizing your Digital Space You should create folders to organize your information Also, create subfolders to keep information neat and easy to find Files/Folders should be named something that is easy to remember and represents content Lesson 6 Slide 2

3 Creating Folders Windows Vista: –Start  Documents Expand window by resizing outward –Views  Medium Icons Create new folder: –Organize  New Folder Key name of folder Rt. click, Rename Windows XP –Start  My Documents Expand window by resizing outward –View  Thumbnails Create new folder: –Make a new folder –File, New, Folder Key name of folder Rt.
