Project Objectives with States, Districts, Schools Research & Data: Develop and test methods for analyzing alignment of instruction to standards and assessments-- students with disabilities and all students Professional Development: Provide models for use of data in schools to improve instruction Report Results to consortium states and broader education community Develop and Disseminate tools and resources for use in closing the Opportunity Gap
