Higher Education Exemption Education Code, Section 51.406, exempts IHEs from the requirements of IRDR reporting, Government Code, Section 2054.097, which means they are no longer required to: 1. submit the results of their IRDR, or 2. develop IR Corrective Action Plans to address non-compliance with state IR requirements.
