Violations and Penalties: o Knowingly violate: 60 days in jail and/or max. $500 fine for each incident o Suspension or removal from Task Force o Payment of attorney’s fees, possible civil actions o Intent to violate not required o Violation only resolved by open meeting on same topic o Section 286.011 (1): “No resolution, rule, or formal action” executed in a closed meeting is binding.
