What is a Carbon Footprint? Measure of impact our activities have on the environment, and in particular climate change Relates to amount of greenhouse gases produced in our day to day lives through burning fossil fuels for electricity, heating etc.

Travel Car pool, take the bus or walk, when in a hotel room turn lights and A.C. off Reduce number of flights See if you can work from home one day a week

Recycling Reduce: avoid products with excessive packaging Re-use: re-use products as many times as possible for maximum use Recycle: uses less energy and produces less pollution than making things from scratch
