What is an entrepreneur? Did you know that if you operated a lemonade stand as a child you were an entrepreneur! Whether one is selling lemonade or starting a company that will research the cure for the common cold, the act of managing that enterprise is entrepreneurship and the individual is acting as an entrepreneur.

An entrepreneur, Why? They desire: –to control their own destinies –to achieve freedom from direct supervision of a boss –to achieve profits greater than a salary earned from working for someone else
