Religion and belief of Gods The Mayas had many gods and goddesses. They controlled every part of life from how the crops grew, to a person’s health to which city state

The Maya Calendar The Maya had a calendar with 365 days. There were 18 months of 20 days each. 5 days were added at the end of the calendar year. Writers made calendar showing the days of farming.
