3. District Matching Funds (DDF)  From The Rotary Foundation (TRF)  Process continues under Future Vision  Based on District’s giving 3 years before  DDF for District Simplified Grants  DDF for Matching Grants

4. Current Rotary Grants  District Simplified Grants Local short-term projects $39,449 DDF available  Matching Grants International service projects Rotary partner in project country $88,000 DDF available

5. District Simplified Grants  Direct Rotarian Involvement  Local projects  Projects completed within 12 months  Simple Application ASAP after July 1  First come first served funding  Approved by District

6. District Simplified Grants Reporting  Report due by May 31  If project unfinished, interim reports every 2 months thereafter  Final report 2 months after completion  Must include complete receipts  No new grants if reporting delinquent

7. DDF for District Simplified Grants  $2,500 maximum DDF for each Club  Maximum per project: $2,500 if one Club; $3,500 if two Clubs, and $4,000 for three or more Clubs  No additional match from TRF

8. Matching Grants  Direct Rotarian Involvement  International project  Partner with Host Rotary Club (not FV)  Application after July 1  First come first served funding  District reviews; TRF approves  Final report 2 months after completion

9. DDF for Matching Grants  $10,000 maximum DDF for each Club  Maximum per project: $4,000 if one Club; $2,000 for each additional Club $16,000 maximum  First come/first served basis  Match from TRF: up to 3 ½ club contributions
