Mission Statement
To assist PHL with improving the passenger experience while growing the airport, the ACEC/PA Aviation Sub-Committee will facilitate a collaborative working relationship between PHL and ACEC/PA members. This relationship will strive to maximize the value added by the consulting community in conjunction with PHL, including the multi-billion dollar expansion at the Airport. ACEC/PA will act as a conduit for PHL to streamline communications to the consulting community, thus creating a transparent relationship where communication flows efficiently. All ACEC/PA consultants are eligible and encouraged to participate on the Sub-Committee.
We will maintain a spirit of teamwork and accomplishment based on principles of pride, honesty, trust, professionalism, open communication, integrity, and mutual respect.

DBE Firms Respond to New Requests under Zero Goal Proposals
Firms submitting as Primes for these projects must demonstrate good faith efforts. This has resulted in requests for information from Sub-consultant firms that can be problematic in its nature, as many times items normally not solicited until securing a place on the team are now requested prior to this stage. Primes and subs continue to work together to eliminate as much extraneous workload as possible while still meeting the strenuous demand of “Good Faith Effort.”
