Relevance – Obesity is significant health problem among Veterans receiving care from VA. – Veterans from OIF/OIF experience many chronic conditions, which can make a physically active lifestyle difficult.

Randomized crossover trial: – 26 participants used 2 of the 3 programs for 6 wk each. – All used point-of-decision prompts.

Larger and longer study is planned to further investigate effectiveness of these interventions.
