5 Vocabulary Lowest Terms: when a numerator and denominator have no common factor other than 1 Prime Number: A whole number great than one whose only factors are 1 and itself.

7 Vocabulary Relatively Prime: When two whole number have no common factor other than 1. Proper Fraction: When the numerator is less than the denominator, Improper Fraction: When the numerator is greater than the denominator Mixed Number: A number consisting of a whole number and a fraction. Simple Form: When fractional part is in lowest terms.
