A. Right now currently breathing, my nose is clogged. I’m sick. That’s why my nose is clogged. B. As I breathed like someone with asthma, it felt like there was not a lot of air to breathe in. Almost like I was underwater.

C. As I breathed as if I had a pre- asthma attack coming on, I felt as if I could barely breathe at all. It was very hard. D. I lasted 7 seconds. It was really hard to breathe and near my heart area, it hurt. What changed was it was even more harder to breathe.

E. Yes, in a highly populated city, there is more pollution, therefore it would be a lot harder to breathe. As if in a wide open country, there’s wide opened areas With non-polluted air.

The local air quality in Mays Landing is 4.2 or, somewhat breathable. Why? Because of the pollen from spring. Just like in Ocean City, which is also 4.2

Athlete: Jackie Joyner-Kersee Managed: She didn’t take medicine at first, and suffered from a severe asthma attack that almost killed her. She would also try to hide it from her teammates and coaches. But, now she takes her medicine.
