ONE of your first business goals is to consistently develop 2,500vp every month. BUT 2,500vp is a goal for the beginning- don’t just do 2,500VP, how about adding SKIN? Shake Party Launch/STS/Events/Facebook/One on One coaching Partner Support System III: How can I support my supervisors & above: all the above + supervisor academy/trainings/national & international events… Included in these plans: a clear way of “Exposing/Involving/Upgrading People” Together we call out the 241 plan break down 2. After the call ( ask the group) what is a clear retailing and sponsoring plan for the month? ( once people have answered) ask why do you have a clear retailing and recruiting plan ?whats the purpose of this for you? What is 2 What is 54 What is 1 2. Having an EXTREMELY good Product Follow Up System for EVERYONE – clients and new distributors! Bea Boss, Chairman’s Club Member, said your NUMBER ONE job as a sponsor is to help your new distributor get the BEST product result possible as their story is worth a fortune. It’s their job to get clients & a team, but it’s your job to get them a product result. Setting up the month and setting goals by the 5th of every month Having clear PLANS for each level in the marketing plan (eg accumulation to 5k Supervisor plan) USING & GOING FOR ALL Promotions JUST TO OVERVIEW Having a clear follow up system in the beginning is key starting with your very first client – because you are teaching them how to be a great health coach from the beginning as a client – Inviting them into your community either online or at fit club or Nutrition club – we need to add value up front.. When you help them get the best result you then feel confident to ask for referral and begin using the referral System- if you keep adding value to your FAN then they will want to buy products and introduce others. 3. What is the promotion you are going for this month ?

How in reality do you start this process? 1.For a brand new person : Teach them how to do 500 VP 4, 8,12 new clients or Get 20 Keep 20 from your existing client base 3.Focus on promoting VIP option with the clients & work on Expose / Involve / Upgrade 4.Recruit 2-4 New Distributors teaching them to find 4 NEW RETAIL CONSUMERS PER MONTH 5.Have 4 Grand Opening/ Business Launches with these 4 New Distributors & Lock them into the STS/next available distributor training 6. THIS IS THE Bare minimum- start the accumulation plan (from last week!) with these NEW Distributors MONTH 2- DO EXACTLY THE SAME AND TEACH THEM TO DO EXACTYL THE SAME Here are some questions to ask your self Which retail customers do I have and how do I track them ? Have I offered them 25% discount with the Ambassador programme 2. Which current VIP do you need to contact to upgrade: 3. Who do you need to have a grand opening with ? 4. Find 4 new business partners 5. Do you have a calander and diary- keep track of your retail and VIP in your 90 day plan book make sure that you book 1 hour every day for follow up.

Who had 4 or more new clients last month? – Please share How we’ve mainly retail: COI, Referrals, Facebook, Use Wear Talk, NC , FIT CLUB, SHAKE AND SPA PARTIES How to set up a client? Finalise Order- do order with them if possible.. them how to make their shakes and how to take the products – including a basic food plan ( a day in the life of a client) Day before delivery get organised! Mark up products, and tag the pages most applicable to them ie. Water, shake recipes. Include a Starter Pack if they got a program or at least a shaker and Mini Product Catalogue if bits and pieces Add to the Facebook Client Support Group (GET HEALTHY KIWI SHAPE UP AUCKLAND ) Add clients details to follow Up System ( addy to team data base and GHK & Follow up Journal)

What did you say? 3 Great Ways to start the process “Expose/ Involve/ Upgrade” the client: team event, Product Training , Shake Master Classes/Webinars/ Facebook Groups, Open house Can they pick up the product from the Info session- “What are you doing Tuesday night? – Nothing. Great are you able to pop into the office at 630pm – we have a little info session which will help you use the product & then at the end I can bring your program and we can get you off and running?” What are you doing Saturday Morning/ Tuesday Night / Online Webinar Time/Day? Great- we have a… which will give you great tips to help you get faster results… OR

Client expose/involve/upgrade Approaching clients after we’ve developed rapport Observation – keep our eyes and ears open for great people skills DO YOUR LIST of all the people you know and ask your sponsor to help you speak with them Add Value to your FAN through the events/ frequent follow up plan / invitation to Open house Help people feel part of the community and start taking ownership of the community (when you bring people to our community I can show you how to help them how we do )

Script: Lets say John is currently a Club member, new retail or 3-5 day trial member and has been a retail client for at least 1 shake ( we also do retail first so they are eligible for 30 day money back guarantee) Explain “after your getting great results you’ll become a product lover like all of us are and then you’ll be eligible for the VIP 25% membership” After a week they are getting great results and you are following up “Now your energy has improved etc… are you interested in the 25% discount ? Their shake party/business launch to help them get their first customers and spot out potential distributors for them to invite to HOM/STS etc How THEY want to qualify to Supervisor and their plan to get there STS and are they actually booked to go! Making their list and if they’re resisting or struggling, ask them this: “Who are the 3 people you would want to sip champagne with on a vacation?” * Once a supervisor - Supervisor Academy & Kick Off Meeting Supervisor Workshop
