This presentation will prepare you to put your best food forward in your new position and to maximize your work experience at frillio’s pizza

2. Staff training sessions
Be sure to attend one of our staff traning session
Lunch will be provided so you can look forward to
Tasting our delicious menu items.
The dates and times are as follows:
Tuesday may 5 from 10:30-3:15
Thursday may 7from 9:00-1:45

3. Dress coded/ appearance fist impression are always important
A clean, frillio’s pizza t-shirt must be worn at all time
Pants include black or khaki colord no jeans
Shoes must be clean, rubber soled and laced
For your safety do not wear open toe shoes
Name tags must be worn at all times!
Hair must be pulled back
Hands must be kpt clea always

4. Know your menu
All employees at Frillio’s pizza must be familiar with the menu items we offer you will be allowed time to study the menu
During your training session you will be shown a picture of what each plated menu item looks like note which sides go with which pizza or entee.

5. Restaurant layout Floor plan
It is very important to know the layout of the restaurant you will be given a tour of the kitchen food prep area dining area waiting area cashier station entrances and exits
Storage area and the item most requested
By patrons- the location of the restrooms

6. Sanitation keep it clean!
A restaurant’s cleanliness and sanitation prove to be important in attracting new customers and keeping old ones so we require the following from our empolyees:

7. Keep it clean Dining tables must be sanitized after each use
Items on dining tables (salt/pepper shakers etc.) must be sanitized daily
Kitchen and maintenance staff must keep
Kitchen utensils and floors clean
Restrooms must be cleaned hourly
